Skill Levels
Six levels of play range allow players to step-up their play as they
gain more skill. You ’ll get to play others at your level -
whatever that may be.
Level 1:
Someone who is a top player in the club. Perfected the kill-shot and
now re-kills opponents attempted kill-shots ...Can and probably does compete
in sanctioned tournaments.
Level 2:
Someone who trains for racquetball and who’s both backhand and forehand
strokes are near equal ...Has good depth of knowledge, with high percentage
of execution on most shots.
Level 3:
Someone who has good knowledge of court strategy and positioning, and is able
to select the proper shot most of the time and execute most.
Level 4:
Someone who has good knowledge of court strategy and positioning, in offense
and defense situations. Probably is still inconsistent but improving.
Level 5:
Someone who ’s level of knowledge is rising and can execute the majority
of shots with some precision.
Level 6:
A beginner or someone who understands the basic rules and is experimenting
with Z serves, back-wall shots, angles and passing shots.
